SoloPic

Batch image tool
Free · MIT · Windows · ~12MB · offline

A free, offline batch image tool with a ~12MB installer that runs unzipped. Four features: batch edge crop (trim fixed pixels from each image's edge, mixed sizes fine), mapping-file batch rename (one list, done in one pass, preview then undo), batch adjust (brightness / contrast / saturation / sharpness / grayscale with live before-after), and smart document enhance (turn a phone photo of a document into a clean scan — deshadow, white background, deskew, in milliseconds, no internet). One core, three ways: GUI / CLI / MCP server — AI can drive it directly too. Free, MIT, fully offline, collects no data. Part of the Solo family — and it started as one reader's request in the comments.

Batch edge crop: trim fixed pixels from each image’s edge (e.g. left 100 / bottom 57), mixed sizes fine
Mapping-file batch rename: one “old, new” list done in a pass — preview, one-click undo
Batch adjust: brightness / contrast / saturation / sharpness / grayscale, live before-after
Smart document enhance: turn a phone-shot doc into a clean scan — deshadow / white bg / deskew, offline
One core, three ways: GUI / CLI (scriptable) / MCP server (AI drives it directly)
Free · MIT · fully offline · no ads · collects no data (Windows now, mac/Linux planned)
