One person, using AI,
shipping real products

This is not another "methodology" course. It's every step I used to ship a batch of real products solo — how the idea starts, how to spec it, how to get Claude Code to build it, how to QA, how to ship, how to run it — broken down step by step, concrete enough to copy.

Why it's worth it
Others sell you "have product sense in the AI era." I hand you the exact pipeline I actually ran and shipped — tools, commands, folder structure, every decision point, nothing skipped.

Proof, not promises

Not opinions — a lineup of real products, shipping

Every one below was built with this method, using Claude Code. Open-source license, cross-platform, install size — all on the table. The hardest proof that speak-it-and-AI-builds-it works.

What you get

A pipeline you can copy — not a pile of concepts

01
Idea → specHow a vague one-line idea becomes a /spec Claude Code can start building from. Includes the template I actually use.
02
Get AI to actually build itHow to set up the repo, break down tasks, get unstuck, when to trust Claude and when to take over — the real decision points, hands-on.
03
QA & shipHow to self-check and deploy (the Cloudflare / App Store setup I use), turning "it builds" into "people can actually use it."
04
Real case teardownssolomd / unterm / solopdf / freeid — how each real, shipped product was made by one person. Not demos; the full, traceable process.
05
Early-bird Q&AStuck while following along? Reach me directly. I answer when I see it — the playbook teaches the flow, the Q&A gets you actually shipping.
✅ For you, if
  • You want to build and actually ship a product with AI, without a team
  • You're a PM in transition / a developer who wants to make products / an indie hacker
  • You're done with vague theory and want concrete, copyable steps
🚫 Not for you, if
  • You want one-click magic with zero hands-on work
  • You only want theory and won't actually build a thing
  • You expect me to build your product for you (this teaches you, it's not outsourcing)

FAQ

Can I learn this if I'm non-technical?

Yes. The whole premise is that being non-technical is an advantage — you say what you want clearly, and let Claude implement. That's exactly what the playbook teaches: how to say it, how to judge it, how to push it to shipped. No coding required.

What form does the playbook take? When do I get it?

First as a copyable written playbook/docs (templates, commands, folder structure, case teardowns). Still being finalized — sent first to everyone who registered, plus early-bird Q&A access.

How is this different from free AI tutorials?

Free content mostly tells you "how it should be done." This is the one specific path I actually ran and shipped — every product in the wall above was built with it. You're buying the trial-and-error time you skip.

Why presale before it's finished?

Because I want to confirm people actually want it before going all in — the most honest way. The early-bird price is for people willing to trust me one step ahead. Full refund within 7 days.

Can I get an invoice / expense it?

Right now it's a direct personal transfer, no invoice yet. If that matters, a more formal purchase option will come with the full release.
